1 - What is the weather like?

The weather is highly unstable, with big differences in temperature throughout the day.

2 - What kind of clothes should I bring?

Casual and comfortable clothes. Accessories:

• Gloves
• Scarf
• Thick waterproof jacket
• Rubber-sole shoes (fit for trekking or tennis shoes)
• Sunglasses
• Facial and lip sunscreen
• Lightweight T-shirts and clothes, in summer.


3 - Is Los Notros open all year round?

No. Los Notros is open from September to May.


4 - Is there Internet connection in Los Notros?

Yes. There is Internet connection in the lounges, not in the rooms.


5 - Are all meals included in the all-inclusive tours?

Yes. All meals are included in the all-inclusive tours.

Our Restaurant timetables are the following:
Breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Lunch from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m..
Tea from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m..
Happy Hour from 7:30 p.m to 8 p.m.
Dinner from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m..

From 2:30 p.m. on, we serve a quick- lunch menu consisting of sandwiches and delicious homemade cakes.


6 - How much sunlight is there in a day?

In summer, there is sunlight from 5 in the morning to 10 in the evening. In winter, from 8 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon.


7 - Can I go to Perito Moreno Glacier on foot?

Yes. There is a trail that takes you to the glacier from Los Notros. The estimated walking time is an hour and a half.


8 - How long does it take to get to Los Notros?

9 - Does Los Notros have a Spa?

No. Los Notros has neither a SPA nor a swimming pool. However, there are massage services available.


10 - Is there a telephone and a TVset in the room?

No. The rooms have neither a telephone nor a TV set. However, there is a phone at the Front Desk and a TV set with DVD at the guests´ disposal in the Hotel lobby. There is no signal for cell phones either.


11 - Why are the tours “All-inclusive”?

The “All-Inclusive” programs were devised taking into account that one of the main features of Los Nostros is its privileged location. Being right in the heart of the forest, the nearest service area is one hour and a half away, at El Calafate.
