What type of clothes should I take?

Casual and comfortable clothes. Accessories:

• Gloves

• Scarf

• Waterproof and warm jacket

• Rubber sole shoes (for trekking) or sneakers

• Sunglasses

• Sun-block lotion (facial and lips)

• Shirts and light clothes in summer

 

Is the Hotel open all year round?

No. The hotel is open to the public from September to May.

 

Is there Internet access?

Yes. Internet connection is available at the hotel´s public areas but not in bedrooms.

 

Are all meals included in the All-Inclusive Programs?

Yes. All meals are included in the all-inclusive programs.

Our Restaurant timetable is as follows:

Breakfast from 7 am to 10.30 am

Lunch from 12 pm to 2.30 pm

Tea from 4 pm to 6 pm

Happy Hour from 7 pm to 8 pm

Dinner from 8 pm to 10 pm

After 2.30 pm we offer a quick menu including sandwiches and delicious pastries.

Free use of the mini-bar is only included in Premium rooms.

How long does it take to get from/to Los Cerros to El Calafate?
 It takes proximately 3 hours (220kms). Los Cerros exclusive regular transfer  schedules:
* Departure from El Calafate to Los Cerros 11:00 am and 03:30 pm
* Departure from Los Cerros to El Calafate  07:00am and 11:45 am

How long does sunlight last?

In summer, there is sunlight from 5 in the morning to 10 in the evening. During winter, the sun rises at 8 in the morning and sets at 6 in the evening.
